Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all glass bottles and components are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return shipment.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our laboratory team receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
